ESquare is registered with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) under the AIFMD “light” regime.
ESquare acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in connection with our services.

ESquare does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients where necessary:

- Investors or entrepreneurs, where relevant and with your knowledge, in the context of our matching activities
We have entered into data processing agreements with all processors handling personal data on our behalf.
